One of my favorite summer flowers is Morning Glory. The color chooses to resemble this wonderful blue flower. Earrings are made from Sterling Silver in Plique-a-Jour enameling technique. Plique-a-Jour is a less well-known enameling technique but the most difficult and beautiful at the same time. It is often called stain glass enameling technique as it is does remind stain glass windows, especially in old churches. The size is 1 1/2" x 1".

Plique-à-jour from French meant to “letting in the daylight” and defines a type of transparent enamel that has no backing.
